Zell and Kerry have the same voting record on defense and intel. Before Zell was in, Kerry voted for all the weapons systems except the MX missile. Any cuts he advocated in the 80's to balance the budget after the Cold War were also endorsed by Cheney. Porter Goss wanted twice the intel cuts as Kerry. Kerry also insisted we buy more human intelligence in the middle east instead of more satellites, and spend more on counter-terrorism instead of SDI. Wise man huh?
