While I don't think Europe is going to take over the bombing of random cities for us, I do think they will be willing to work in getting the U.S. out of Iraq while keeping the country from turning into the kind of failed state that is a danger to all. That is in their interest too. Joining the coalition of the killing is not in their interest. Kerry is smart enough to know the difference, and does not have to give the oil fields to Cheney.
