Libbyt, re: IMO sending Marth to prison is a complete waste of our tax payer dollars. IMO it makes no sense for Martha to be in jail as she hardly seems like a threat to society. I would much rather have had an outcome where a judge arrived at a creative solution that would be punishment for her "crime". I can think of several solutions that could have been a "win/win" for taxpayers as well as for Martha. You make a good point. The question I have is how far you're willing to take it. Would you also free the many "welfare mom" cheats who would seem to fall into the same category, i.e., cheating for personal gain but not a threat to society?
