lol. Clinton enforced the embargo? Re-writing history again? Support for the sanctions was crumbling. They would have ended soon, and Saddam could re-embark on his WMD programs. The report said so.

Saddam had a lot more money, chutzpah, and support, it seems, than Idi Amin and the rest of those critters.
