and a very capable politician. That is not necessarily a term of endearment nor approbation. The most applicable definition of a capable politician I can think of is one who is able to get elected, and re-elected, and re-elected.... Term limits for congressmen and Senators would go a lot farther to get the money out of politics than 100 McCain-Feingolds.
