My take was that it was a draw. Bush scored because he did much better than last time. Kerry is the better at putting his arguments together. The MSM will play it as a Kerry win. Watch for the "Bush distorts" comments. They will now all build on the NYT article I posted earlier. ABC's Helpirin's memo shows the frame they will all take. Don't mention Kerry's distortions, but get all over Bush.
