That true for the DB insertion; string=replace(string,"'","''")

The problem I haven't overcome is populating input boxes with data from the DB that has the single quote in it.

"<input type='text' name='alias' value='" & rs("alias") & "'>

renders

<input type='text' name='alias' value='O'Henry'>

which effective truncates the input at the "O".

I'm sure the workaround is simple. I could have sworn that using server.HTMLEncode worked at one time, but now I can't get it to solve the problem.
