As I understand it, most Taiwan people like their current status which is composed of
1. Taiwan continues to be a province of China.
2. Defacto, they make their own decisions.
In the future they will, step by step, peacefully integrate with the mainland. That's inevitable. I think Bubba Fred's 10 year period will turn out to be an underestimate. There is a big gap to fill, step by step.
Many times over the last 2-3 decades I've looked for good buys in Taiwan stocks. Probably because of my inadequate search methods I've never found anything overwhelming. Anybody know anything about that?
