Before Stern, I never thought SIRI would survive because of the already crappy balance sheet. I do believe that Stern will work and that they will get 4 million subs at least, making SIRI a winner long term or an acquisition target in the $10 range. However, I don't like it enough NOW to stay so I've traded it successfully.

As we get closer to the 2006 date, I expect this to trend higher so the trades will have to reflect that.
