There is nothing fundamental to support the recent run-up. It appears to be the result of management's recent announcement of shareholder rights plan.

In my humble opinion, this is an opportunity to take profits or cut losses. The run-up isn't sustainable.

I'd wait to see some real proof that sales are improving before I jump in.
