Why pick 13 months? Why not the last 3 months? In the last three months the Bush jobs "growth" is less than the rate of population growth. A net loss of jobs. And why pick only 13 months out of 4 years? In 4 years Bush has the worst jobs record in 72 years, 1.6 million private sector jobs gone and others replaced by lower paying less secure jobs.
