Mark, I am looking for a pure RTOS play. I am not interested in a company that is also in the hardware business. I want a software company thats only focus is RTOS and the tools support. In my opinion hardware "boys" have a hard time managing software, and it ends up being a add on game only as the hardware business needs the software and has a hard time becomming a real business. This may not be true but that is the way I feel. Joan
