You must be getting your poll numbers from McAuliffe's ofc. Almost all commentators gave last night's debate win to GW. Besides, after 1st debate voters said Kerry won and when asked "who is the stronger leader" they answered "Pres Bush." Next question was "with whose policies do you agree more?" voters answered "Pres Bush." We don't expect the Pres to win the Noble Prize for Debating, all we ask is that he be determined to defend the USA from terrorists. Sadly, we can't assume that would be John Kerry's 1st priority. His UN friends might get mad. He's more concerned about them than American opinions.
