Yeah, that comment was quite presumptuous of Kerry who has never made more money than his wives and who has never made much money outside the public sector. He obviously has never heard of quiet millionaires who live in surprisingly modest neighborhoods and don't unnecessarily call attention to themselves with public displays of fake compassion. This fantasy world that Kerry lives in is also the reason why he has fixated on $200,000 as the initial cut-off point for his tax increase. Does he not know the great risks that many people take every friggin day to exceed that annual income milestone? How typical it is for a pretentious liberal elitist to muck around with incentive systems that he hasn't even experienced much less understand!
