Kerry is upholding the tradition of Teddy Kennedy. Strafe your Republican enemy with confusion and you will surely reap the benefits of the whirlwind. But since the wind is howling so loudly, nobody can indict you as the instigator. You can then sail down the Chappaquidick immune from prosecution.
