The CIA is a government agency that reports to the President, by law. If "it" is at "war" with him, that is a very serious situation that most certainly involves dismissable conduct, if not worse, by whoever is engaged in that conduct. Tenet already got the axe, which is unusual for President Bush to do.

As to your assertion that Bush "tries to accuse them of things that HE DID," I have an idea what you think you're talking about, but I'd like to see it straight from your keyboard. I'll wait until then to shoot it down, spitball.
