And my point is the China's needs are not just transmission towers, it's their whole "grid", and grid (yes, I would most certainly include generation in that) was clearly and succintly the exact term I used, as it was you who injected the term T&D (and apparently a very narrow definition even of that). In the future try read and respond to my actual post, please.
