Your question for Mr. Prevost should have been: How did Mr. Banks/Gaming Lottery Corporation obtain the Warp 10 shareholder mailing list? Another question for Mr. Prevost, are shareholder listings now being protected?

For those shareholders who are Canadian citizens, is there a Canadian equivalent to the Securities & Exchange Commission? If there is, perhaps this issue could be explored further.
