Looks like the release of the company's new NT product XpressAgent 3.10 is creating a buzz in the industry. It appears that AVTC stock pops up during each of the major CTI industry shows that occur throught the year based on the past two shows.

Way to go management. I am concerned though about the market dynamics. It appears that more of this call center business is being outsourced to the major (large) players in the field. I am worried that the company's emphasis on the small and medium sized business market is not the best long term strategy to survive in the CTI industry. Long term it appears that the best chance of success would be a buyout by a larger player. No matter how good the products are, fighting macro industry trends usually fails.

Anyone else lurking on this tread want to discuss this?
