Theodore - I agree with the author. I have long said the Navy probably gave him a General to be rid of him instead of the Dishonorable he deserved. Slithering away quietly is probably why they did not try him for treason. However, treason has no statute of limitations and he may find those charges pop up soon! We are hoping anyway. When Clinton was selling pardons and etc before being kicked out of the WH Kerry probably showed up to get his Discgharge cleaned and changed. After Clinton discharged on Kerrys suit jacket (boy was Threasa mad about the dirty kness on the $1500. suit) Kerry finally got an Honorable. Unbelieveable as he has no honor!
