Thank you very much, but no on both counts.

"The Prophet" was written by Kahlil Gibran, a Lebanese, who died before I was born. kirjasto.sci.fi That excerpt was one of my favorites, and I posted it to explain my views on hunting. I may have neglected to include the URL, which is going to require the forgiveness of the source because I forgot where I got the quotation.

"A Poetry Corner" is one of my favorites, but I am only a third-rate admirer of the many fine poets who participate here. I stumbled on it just as you did, several years ago. My very best SI friends reside here. Frequently we do not agree on other topics at all, but we share a love of poetry. The real poets here graciously tolerate me, a mere amateur.

If you love poetry, please do join us often. Many folks post infrequently but they monitor the traffic avidly.
