What's your current assessment? I don't believe this is a shake out by Market Makers, just not so....

I'm not surprised that we are seeing some large sells, given the current "quiet" time by TPI. We identified long ago that there were some pretty large holders of TPI. For these large holders to watch their money cut in half has to be a real good reason to sell.

Anyway, that is what I think is going on.

Also, are there limitations on when Pinetree can sell. Do they have to wait a certain amount of time after the initial agreement, considering they did get to buy under the TPII price at the buying time?

Maybe Pinetree just has to wait to sell if the price has gone up....

Anyway, this doesn't make me feel to good.....
