As a Catholic, I know that abortion is against my religion, even if the mother has been raped, even if the mother is the victim of incest, even if the mother is going to die if she doesn't get an abortion.

The only possible deviation is when removing the child from the mother's womb is not intended to kill the child, and every effort is made to save the life of the child, and any death is contrary to the best efforts of the physicians. And if you disagree, you are not a Catholic, you're something else.

That's it. No deviation possible.

The Catholic Church existed before any other government on earth, and will still be here, essentially unchanged, after all existing governments have gone.
It should be obvious to you, then, that John Kerry is no Catholic, nor is Nancy Pelosi, nor Teddy Kennedy, nor a multitude of other politicians who were born Catholic but turned away from the religion.
Christ will forgive them if they repent, but they can't just do whatever they like and pretend to be Catholics, it's a lie. Pure and simple. |
