Thanks for the laugh. Edwards is an ambulance chaser. He won a big case by violating his ethics and claiming to channel for a paraplegic girl (in a comma?). Louisiana recently passed real tort reform. They were down to about two gynecologists in the state due jackpot justice. The Kerry Edwards idea of tort reform is to put the foxes in charge of the henhouse. Every intelligent person who heard Edwards propose that was either a trial lawyer, or rolling on the floor laughing. Our society is sick in so many ways. The only way to fix the system is to put a low cap on judgments. People who have been damaged can sue, and the corporation may still be around to pay. There is a law that prevents lawyers who have been censured from filing any lawsuits without posting a large bond. The bad lawyers harass any judge willing to censure them, and so the judge end up dropping the censure. BTW: Are you for allowing stupid people to monitor for stupidity?
