Moore, in his film, carefully and thoughtfully constructed the film to convey attacks on Bush that were not just misleading, but outright lies.

This is absolutely true. But I think most voters have the sense to assess a candidate based on their own view of his statements and his actions, not based on what his enemies say about him.
