Egypt has learned that what goes around comes around. For years they have been winking at explosives smuggling through Sinai because it was for the "good" terrorists of Gaza. Well, they certainly made Al Qaeda's job dead easy, didn't they? Now they're going to have to crack down on all the smugglers in self defense.
