That will be great if we get to pay the same premium Kerry pays for his coverage under the plan.

I assume that non-federal-employees would pay the full premium cost whereas Kerry pays only the employee share. Were that not the case, the proposal would effectively create a single-payer system rather than just open the door to one.

If you disapprove of this proposal, you can take it up with KLP who has been advocating this option as long as I've known her, which is why I posted it. I prefer the Bush approach--greater rather than lesser privatization.
