I like COHR, but would prefer to buy it at around 30. They won a settlement from SDLI on a patent infringement suit in May. biz.yahoo.com I have no idea how the Cymer litigation might turn out. They seem to have good technology, but for some reason have exploited it more toward medical applications than telecom.
