I think its safe to say that Intel vastly underperformed AMD in CPUs for the past quarter. I suspect they will say they had single digit units increase and slightly lower ASP. What I'm really interested in is the combination of ICG Group profit, ICG sales and flash sales. In Q2 these numbers were -126M, 587M and 1,271M. If we see an increase in Flash sales flat non-flash Comm sales, but the ICG loss does not decrease, then its clear that Intel's strategy is to cause temporary pain to AMD, rather than to make a profit.
