By first understanding the global nature of terrorism and not nitpicking whether or not Hussein was involved in 9/11. We know for a fact that Islamic Fundamentalists have declared war on the USA. We elect leaders to study all possible ramifications of breaches to national security by our sworn enemy, and to move forcefully to confront that enemy as well. That's exactly what Pres Bush has done and therefore it's in the best interest of all Americans to reelect him, and thereby set up the possibility of focusing on domestic concerns in 2008. It's a "putting the cart after the horse" strategy instead of Kerry's "legal means" suggestion which is an absurd policy for fighting a ruthless enemy.
