The Republicans are almost sure to control the House. Even if the Democrats take the Senate, it will be gridlock in Washington. And gridlock is good as the 90's showed. The moment Congress and the WH are both in one party's control, it is a problem. You cannot say it is not a problem if the party is the Republican party, since the wreckage of the last 2 years is clear for all of us to see.
