Investment Community Press Release

TPII Investor's Give Transformation Processing a "Market Update."

CYBERSPACE, USA--(BUSINESS-AS-USUAL-WIRE)--Aug. 27, 1997--The Investment Community (IC), and primarily those of the Bulletin Board variety, today provided to Paul Mighton, CEO of Transformation Processing Inc. (OTC BB:TPII) an update of the community's faith in TPI's sales and marketing to date.

The IC is pleased to provide the following summary of its current position following TPI's recent market updates and contract press release to shareholders.

Sal Sheykhrezai, the IC's Vice President of Mercurial Positions, has made the following statement in regards to TPI's current stock price. ``This goddamn stock sucks! I"M SELLING THIS DOG RIGHT NOW! I hate this $%#&*@ company! Every time the stock goes up, it goes back down! What the %^&#$ is going on! Buy TPII!!! Now's a great time to buy this stock! TPII is going to soar!!! Christ, I hate this $%@^# stock! GO REDSKINS!!!!"

NASDBULL, The IC's Vice President of Rationalization, Silicon Investor Division, is pleased to announce the following, ``All I'm saying is that if TPI can do all the things they say they can do, then all the things they say they can do they will do, provided they can do them. The bottom line is this: I think I trust TPI, but if I don't trust them then I should, because I really want to trust them. That is, provided they can do all the things they say they can do, if and when they say they can do them."

Alan Coccio, the IC's Vice President of the Bottom Line, states "Big volume, with lots of large block selling. Daily moving average has been steadily going down. Little or no support. It looks like it's time to bail out and hope your 'shute opens before you hit the ground."

The IC feels that TPI has blown it; that the company, working in a high profile, highly competitive industry, was unable to sufficiently get their message out to the investment community. As a result, investor confidence was shaken, and investor interest quickly moved elsewhere. The IC now feels that an investment in TPII is risky at best, and that any remaining shareholders should not expect to see a return on their respective investments for a long, long time (which, for reasons still unclear, some investors seem to prefer...).

This news release includes sarcastic statements that encompass a high degree of disillusionment and cynicism, including bogus statements from SI posters.

TPI is an Information Technology company that develops and markets "market updates" that enable investors cyberspace-wide to temporarily feel that their purchase of TPI stock is a safe, sound and rational investment.
