The 10Q-A for fiscal year ended Sept.30,1995, that was released in Sept., 1996, lists outstanding shares at 39,715,000. I suspect it may nearer 200,000,000 by now because of the following statement from the same report: >> During the first quarter of 1996 the Board of Directors authorized an increase in common shares from 50,000,000 to 200,000,000. The par value remained the same.<<
Too bad the new Nasdaq rules don't apply to BB stocks. The new rules require companies to submit all reverse splits to shareholders for approval.
