What spending are you talking about. You are recycling the old rhetoric. The biggest spending that the Bushies are responsible for is the war in Iraq. It is a unplanned venture. Bush did not know why h e was going in. He does not know why h e is staying in there. He does not know how to get out of there. He jumped into a unplanned war which is costing a lot (uncontrolled spending)
