I just received the Investor's packet yesterday and a few things jumpe d out at me. Alex Brown has a strong buy on the stock with a target of $16. They are projecting earnings of $1.36. If you take a company that is growing at a 20% rate and has such a low PE, and a PSR of about .6, all you really have to do is have a little bit more exposure and the company should be trading above this $16 level. Assuming a $1.36/ share earnings for 1998, that would leave you with a PE of 11.7 at $16 a share. Stocks that are growing at a 20%(I feel they can do even better than that ) should be trading at 20 X earnings, if people feel comfortable with their future growth prospects. Which brings me back to the issue of exposure. The more exposure, the sooner it will reach the 20X earnings area.
