Frankly, I'm surprised Qaddafi didn't win the Nobel Peace Prize If the old snake keeps it up, he may. He's really ingratiating himself with the West. I think he was very concerned about a US invasion, but I also think Khaddafi is worrying about his legacy as he gets older. His regime is threatened from both sides. Better to kiss and make up with the Great Satan and leave a viable Libya to his son, than remain isolated and have the Islamist wolves at the door have their way with his carcass. Derek
