Bush saw the larger threat of terrorism. Bush saw the threat in Iraq. He has found a middle ground that allowed the US to attack terrorism at its source. It has been a brilliant strategic move. You and your Democrat allies criticize it as a tactical mistake.

We have the choice of fighting there or here. IMHO over prefer is preferable. You seem to prefer to fight here. Maybe you would like it if they lived next door to you. They could practice killing Americans on the beach.

There are more terrorists on the ground in Iraq because they realize that this is the fight of their lives. If they lose in Iraq, they are dealt a severe blow. The side benefit of having them self identify themselves is good too.

Kerry would have lead us down the river away from the landmine as he did his troops. Maybe if someone else stayed to fight, he might see that and return to act will valor. That is not the kind of leadership we need to rescue us from the threat of terrorists.

Bush has done a great job of rescuing us from Clinton's recession. He is a great leader. He came to Washington with a new tone of civility. Democrats chose not to cooperate, and have been doubly uncivil. If you need an example, you can examine the next shiny object you encounter; you will see one of the uncivil ones.
