Author: Commies for Kerry 10/12/2004

The Democratic National Committee says it will file a complaint with the U.S. Federal Election Commission Tuesday over a broadcasting company's plan to air a film critical of Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry. Party officials Monday called the film an illegal corporate contribution to President Bush's campaign. The Sinclair Broadcast Group has ordered its 62 stations to air the program next week. The film, titled Stolen Honor, focuses on Mr. Kerry's 1971 Congressional testimony criticizing the Vietnam War. The film features former U.S. prisoners of war saying Mr. Kerry's comments led their Vietnamese captors to treat them more harshly.
Sinclair Group executive Mark Hyman defends the planned broadcast as news and says Sinclair has invited Senator Kerry to participate in a panel discussion after the film airs.

Questions:

1. Was Moore's Farenheit 9/11 an illegal contribution to the Kerry campaign?

2. Will Kerry dare show up on a televised panel discussion to defend what he did??>>>

I would add a 3rd question: when Sinclair reports car bombings in Iraq is that an illegal corporate contribution to the Kerry campaign?
