Thx moenmac, I'm convinced the average voter will ask themselves before their final voting booth decision "should the U.S. take preemptive action to prevent more 9/11 attacks, or should we retreat and patiently watch in pre-Sept 11 mode?"
The majority will choose the former, wiser strategy.
