INTC can count themselves fortunate that there is a short term ceiling (assuming that AMD does not soon announce a foundry partner)on how much product AMD can supply, or one would have to think Dell would jump aboard in a "nanosecond".

I don't think AMD is going to find a foundry any time soon. It's just too hard to port a design to a different process and the only one that's close is IBM and the wheels have basically fallen off there. Remember UMC? That didn't take very long to crash and burn and that didn't even involve SOI. Opteron appears to have had little impact on Intel's server business which posted record sales in Q3. I suspect EM64T has or soon will surpass all Hammer sales to date. AMD now suffers from inventory buildup as Intel eats their lunch. Intel's inventory is going down.
