Just because you can't tell the wheat from the chaf doesn't mean a thing. This is Bush's bad stock market, not Clinton's.

If he didn't like the condition of the market when he became President then he should have done more than give all our money to the idle rich AND spend the rest on going to an unncessary war.

You're just whining again and that makes you just like Bush supporters: wimps.
