An Alka-Seltzer or similar "chaser" can help the delicate digestive membranes...., or not. One nice side effect is that smokers can light their cigarette with their breathe, no matches or lighter needed. However, romance can suffer if the pride of Cincinnati cuisine is overindulged in. Chas - no romance for a while - the effects linger too long, 30 years since I've been to Cincy. I'm lonely, but I don't have any viruses.
