Actually, the tax refund has brought us out of the clinton recession, even Alan Greenspan said so and he's not a friend of Bush... and if you really insist on getting technical, then 9/11 cost 1,000,000 jobs, so if you add the loss of 585,000 jobs cause by the clinton recession, then we're still looking at a net increase... you can't have it both ways, Mr. Flip Flop... GZ
