I believe "El Chimpo" was given a stimulant for Debate 1 and Debate 2.

In the first debate, because he lacked reserve energy after his visits to hurricane areas, the stimulant failed to help him.

In the second debate, the stimulant was probably mixed with some "dutch courage" (alcohol) and it proved too powerful for his own good. Result: he was ranting, blinking, lying like there was no tomorrow and was generally incoherent and unconvincing.

Let's see what they will give "El Chimpo" for tonight.
