CSTJ Announces the Successful Test of Its Brennan Federal 4-15 Gas Well
October 13, 2004 09:00:00 AM ET

Creston Resources Inc. (Pink Sheets: CSTJ) announced today the successful test of its Brennan Federal 4-15 Gas well. The well was completed as a Uintah formation gas producer. The well flowed at 500 MCFPD during production testing and is currently shut in with 2100 psig awaiting completion of the pipeline connection.

Creston Resources has completed the installation of the surface equipment necessary to place the well into production. The surface equipment installed includes tank battery, treater and dehydator necessary to dry the produced gas to pipeline specifications. Creston is finalizing a gas contract with an end user which will allow Creston to achieve retail pricing of this gas. The contract will allow Creston to bypass the middle-man and the additional gathering and transportation fees thereby achieving the highest net price possible for the gas.

Creston is in the process of securing a 5.8 mile right-of-way for the installation of a gathering system from the well to the main line tap, which will transport its gas and also third party gas to market. This gathering system will enhance Creston's revenue stream by allowing Creston to charge gathering and transportation fees to third party producers to access market for their gas production.

This press release does in no way constitute a reason to purchase the stock of CSTJ as the company cannot predict the outcome to be a success.
