kholt, Patriotism may be allegiance to one's country, but when it is time to protect that country, and the people that sit on their butts at home, it is most important to all of our military people to know that the CIC will support them with all of the assets of the nation. Therefore, who is in the White House, and is the CIC, is a relevant concern to all Americans.
Kerry, and his liberal comrades in Congress, voted against a pay raise for troops, against the issuing of new weapons that would have given them a better chance at victory, and against additional body armor to protect them from enemy fire. That is why 70% plus, of the military people are for Bush, and do not trust Kerry. |
