The $45 target was 18 months out from one analyst (done in May) and 12 motnhs from another (to be honest, I have never heard of either of the firms and don't remember their names, so I don't think we are speaking about Dean Witter or M. Lynch).

As fas as price and timing, unless we have a total market meltdown, this won't be another CAWS where you are buying at the high end in the middle of a short term spike. This company is moving back up now, FDA approval expected real soon, and they have already manufactured the devices, have 1000s of orders, and will shop immediately upon approval. They are not going to move slowly or rely upon other entities.
