Received the following from Lajuanda Holder, CWEI: Hi! > > I thought you might be wondering what was causing the stock price to increase 1 1/4 points today. Hanifen Imhoff, Inc. (the Denver analysts - Greg McMichael) reiterated a "buy" rating on CWEI on Thursday and Friday of last week. Apparently this upward momentum is the fruits of their labors from last week. > > There's no new news on any of the Company's ongoing projects. CWEI did issue a technical news release Monday evening regarding setting two new drilling records. One for longest horizontal length drilled and the other for most feet drilled horizontally in a 24-hour period. Since it's a technical release and gives no information typically of interest to investors or "the Street", the release is only sent on the wire service (to make it public information) and to the trade magazines and news papers.
