One thing missing in your equation.

If Kerry gets elected there would likely be a large contingent of our military that will fulfill their obligations and leave asap. If military polls are right and close to 80% of our military want GWB as their CIC, there is no question about that.

What no one has mentioned is that they will still be defending their country.....along with the rest of us.......on their own soil.

I can hear it now.

"I'm not going to pledge my allegiance to a man who thinks it is the wrong war, wrong place, wrong time(the man DOES make a difference. And those strong feeling exist....If you dont' believe that, recall the VN War) by leaving my family and home for what might be perceived as some non-effective and half hearted attempt to conduct over seas criminal investigation/operations.

Kerry wants to "build a stong coalition with our overseas partners. Let them do the fighting in their own back yard, and I'll do mine here."

Kerry is an appeaser.....actually closer to a pacifist....and the people in this country who aren't,will demand he convince the rest of the world leaders to send their own troops if necessary. He has/will create a rift that will undermine our military if elected. And there will be thousands of dis-infranchised men and women,which will lead to other problems.

They will utilize the Second Amendment to the full extent of the law and fight the war together as a militia, at home, concentrating on US borders.

I do think our CIA and FBI ranks would grow, (there wouldn't be much choice) and underground operations will continue..such as they are.
