Kodiak, I don't know what Harkin knows or doesn't know. Sometimes things get passed from one party to another that are not for public attribution. Who knows? As for whether Kerry got messed around on his discharge, I was saying that it didn't mean anything to me. I'm not saying it would be irrelevant to the election. I'm sure many would leap on it and drive home the "POWs were hurt" point that is being made by the anti-Kerry advocates. I'm just saying that I don't think it's an issue that has anything to do with my vote. Would it affect your thinking? Ed
